You’ll be joining us for a relaxed, family-friendly celebration featuring live music, local food and drinks, and fun activities for all ages as we welcome new residents and the wider community to Newcastle’s newest landmark address.

What to Expect on Your Tour
Your guided tour will be led by our GWH sales team and offers a great opportunity to experience the premium, resort-style lifestyle at ONE. On your tour you will be able to view:
• Featured display apartments
• The rooftop with sweeping city and harbour views
• The private residents’ cinema
• The games lounge and shared social spaces
• The resort-style pool
• The fully equipped gym and steam room

Important Arrival Information 
Please meet our sales team at the check-in desk located in the Entry Plaza 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. This will allow us to check you in and ensure your tour starts on time.

You’re welcome to arrive early or stay on after your tour to enjoy the food, music and community atmosphere throughout the day.
